1. Tariff DM – Domestic Tariff	Rates
For the first 100 kWh (1-100 kWh) per month	17.5 Cent/kWh
For the next 100 kWh (101-200 kWh) per month	18.5 Cent/kWh
For the next 100 kWh (201-300 kWh) per month	33.0 Cent/kWh
For the next 200 kWh (301-500 kWh) per month	44.5 Cent/kWh
For the next 500 kWh (501-1000 kWh) per month	45.0 Cent/kWh
For the balance kWh (1001 kWh & onwards) per month	47.0 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM5.00

2. Tariff CM1 – Low Voltage Commercial Tariff	Rates
For the first 200 kWh (1-200 kWh) per month	38.5 Cent/kWh
For the balance kWh (201 kWh & onwards) per month	39.5 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM15.00

3. Tariff CM2 – Medium Voltage General Commercial Tariff	Rates
For each kilowatt of maximum demand per month	23.20 RM/kW
For all kWh	32.4 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM1,000

4. Tariff CM3 – Medium Voltage Peak/Off-Peak Commercial Tariff	Rates
For each kilowatt of maximum demand per month during Peak Period (08:00HRS-22:00HRS)	32.60 RM/kW
For all kWh during the Peak Period (08:00HRS-22:00HRS)	32.4 Cent/kWh
For all kWh during the Off-Peak Period (22:00HRS-08:00HRS)	19.5 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM1,000

5. Tariff ID1 – Low Voltage Industrial Tariff	Rates
For all kWh	37.6 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM15.00

6. Tariff ID2 – Medium Voltage General Industrial Tariff	Rates
For each kilowatt of maximum demand per month	21.75 RM/kW
For all kWh	26.8 Cent/kWh
The Minimum Monthly Charge is RM1,000

7. Tariff ID3 – Medium Voltage Peak/Off-Peak Industrial Tariff	Rates
For each kilowatt of maximum demand per month during Peak Period (08:00HRS-22:00HRS)	28.00 RM/kW
For all kWh during the Peak Period (08:00HRS-22:00HRS)	28.6 Cent/kWh
For all kWh during the Off-Peak Period (22:00HRS-08:00HRS)	18.0 Cent/kWh

8. Tariff PL – Street lighting Tariff	Rates
For all kWh (without maintenance)	20.3 Cent/kWh

Tariff Riders Effective from 1st January 2014

A Tariff Rider is an electricity pricing option offered to eligible consumers, on top of the current tariff structure in force.

These tariff riders are offered to encourage demand side management.

Eligible consumers will gain additional savings when using electricity under specific situations.

Off-Peak Tariff Rider (OPTR)

OPTR scheme is offered to all medium voltage commercial and industrial consumers who are currently not enjoying any off-peak usage tariff rates.

These are:

• Medium Voltage General Commercial Tariff CM2
• Medium Voltage General Industrial Tariff ID2
• Low Voltage Commercial and Industrial Tariff (CM1&ID1) for CT operated meters 3x150/5A and above.
• Consumers enrolled in the OPTR scheme will enjoy a 20% discount on electricity usage during off-peak hours (10pm to 8am) every day.
