A kick-off meeting was held on 12 January 2023 with the Nippon Koei Co.Ltd Japan team led by Mr Hideki Katayama – Project Manager, and Mr Hiroaki Matsubara on the collaboration to implement Green and Smart Industrial Park initiatives. K.K.I.P. Sdn Bhd is represented by Group Senior Vice President Corporate Service, Mr Peter Lee, KKIP officers and the technical support team. Virtual representatives from Nippon Koei's counterpart in Japan also joined in the discussion. In addition, KKIP Power Sdn Bhd representative Mr Jimmy Jumin – Senior Engineer, was also present to delve deeper into the proposed green energy provision and battery energy storage system applications within the industrial park.
