What We Offer

Industrial Land

Providing opportunities across 4 dedicated zones, Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park is an excellent business environment with underground telecommunications infrastructures, well-planned road network connectivity and drainage, electricity stability and an efficient water system.

Residential

KKIP offers residential availability to the workers within the park. Ready Built Factories

Our Ready Built Factories (RBF) offer hassle-free and ready-to-function individual factories to facilitate immediate start-up for companies. Our factories are available in various sizes depending on the company’s business scale to cater to their particular needs.

R&D, Training Institutions and Schools

KKIP is surrounded by 22 Institutions covering research and development, skills training centres, trade bodies, universities and schools. The trainees and graduates in the various industrial sectors have created a robust and skilled labour foundation to support the industry manpower’s demand.

Subsidiaries

KKIP AEROSPACE

KKIP Aerospace Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of KKIP Sdn Bhd, alongside a joint technical cooperation with Mega Aerospace to aid Sabah in the growth of its aerospace industry and strengthen Kota Kinabalu's position as a regional aviation hub. KKIP Aerospace Training Centre is a fully equipped campus with facilities that includes a hangar with NDT workshops, hostel accommodation, a library, high-speed internet, a cafeteria and an admin building.

KKIP POWER

KKIP Power Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 10 October 1996 and is currently in its 21st year of commercial operation in KKIP. KKIP Power is the sole electricity distribution licensee in the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) to supplement KKIP Sdn Bhd, which had spearheaded the Government's Industrialization Program by implementing the development of KKIP.

KKIP GARDEN

KKIP Garden Sdn Bhd was established in December 2000 as a service-providing company undertaking landscape maintenance services within the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP).

KKIP AUTOCITY

KKIP Autocity sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of KKIP Sdn Bhd to develop, manage and operate an integrated development featuring a 1-kilometre international drag racetrack, specialist workshops, car showrooms and racer's garages in addition to providing urban and commercial supporting areas and facilities such as BoxPark Street Mall & Hotel.
