The primary purpose of the visit was to gain valuable insights into Unimekar's growth trajectory, address any concerns, and obtain feedback from their team. Additionally, we had the pleasure of having a representative from SIRIM present who gave an introduction to Unimekar about their program, the Resource Efficiency and Industrial Symbiosis Opportunity Assessment (REISO). This program enables businesses to identify opportunities for cost optimization, minimize environmental impact, and enhance manufacturing productivity and profitability by using resource minimization and byproduct reutilization techniques.
