Strengthening Strategic Collaboration Between PDRM and KKIP Business Community

A pivotal meeting was held at the KKIP Office to reinforce strategic collaboration between the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and the business community within the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP). The initiative aimed to enhance cooperation and discuss proactive measures to ensure safety and security in the industrial park.

The session was officiated by YDH ACP Kasim bin Muda, Kota Kinabalu District Police Chief, accompanied by senior officers from the Kota Kinabalu District Police Headquarters, including Deputy District Police Chief YDH Supt Hajah Iyda Binti Ismail. Representing KKIP was Senior Vice President, Madam Cecilia Amid, alongside 55 representatives from companies operating within the industrial area.

This initiative not only received strong support from participants but also highlighted PDRM’s dedication to engaging with the business community through the Community Policing approach. Such ongoing efforts are anticipated to cultivate a harmonious and secure environment within KKIP, fostering confidence and productivity among stakeholders.
