On 12 December 2024, K.K.I.P. Sdn. Bhd. proudly hosted the Handing Over OC Ceremony for V21 Residence Phase 1 Stage 1, marking the completion of 1,121 fully furnished residential units. This significant milestone highlights KKIP’s commitment to delivering affordable luxury and fostering vibrant communities.

The event was graced by YB Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe, Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship; YB Datuk Amisah Yassin, Deputy Chairman of K.K.I.P. Sdn.
